Try this simple yet delicious blackberry and blueberry smoothie with a hint of collagen for a renewed morning experience.⁠

Recipe for 2 servings:

  • 2x bananas (preferably frozen)⁠
  • 70g blackberries⁠
  • 100g blueberries⁠
  • 150g yogurt⁠
  • 200 ml milk (or oat or almond milk)⁠
  • 2 tablespoons honey⁠
  • 1 scoop of collagen⁠ (choose between our Bovine collagen powder or Marine collagen powder)

Procedure:

  1. Start by preparing the ingredients. Cut the bananas into smaller pieces if they are not already frozen.⁠
  2. In a blender, add the frozen bananas, blackberries, blueberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and collagen.⁠
  3. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if necessary.⁠
  4. Taste and add more honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.⁠
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately. You can also add ice cubes for an extra refreshing experience.
