smoothie bowl med kollagen

Our absolute favorite breakfast this summer is a collagen smoothie bowl. Of course, we couldn't resist sharing the recipe with you!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced⁠
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced⁠
  • 1 dl Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt⁠
  • 1 scoop of collagen powder⁠
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup⁠
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk⁠
  • Fresh blueberries for topping⁠
    Coconut flakes or granola for topping⁠

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine mango, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, collagen powder, and almond milk or coconut milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of almond milk or coconut milk to achieve your desired consistency.⁠
  2. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.⁠
  3. Garnish the smoothie bowl with fresh blueberries and optionally coconut flakes or granola for a little extra crunch.⁠
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing mango smoothie bowl with added collagen and fresh blueberries.⁠
