A refreshing smoothie that combines the sweet taste of banana, the fresh tartness of raspberries and strawberries, with a hint of vanilla and an extra boost from collagen powder. Try our Bovine Collagen or Marine Collagen.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g frozen raspberries
  • 50 g frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into smaller pieces
  • 2 dl milk (optional type)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 scoop of collagen powder

Procedure:

  1. Place the frozen raspberries, strawberries, frozen banana, milk, and collagen in a blender.
  2. Add vanilla sugar for extra flavor if desired.
  3. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Taste and add more vanilla sugar if necessary.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
